1. Objective

The objective of this consultation is to receive the views of stakeholders or people concerned by the topic of the consultation and to publish them on the Internet, under the responsibility of the Signosis Sprl. Director acting as the Controller.

As this online service collects and further processes personal data, Belgium’s Act of 11.12.1998 and Royal Degree of 13.2.2001, amending the Belgian Protection Act of 1992 on data protection and in line with the EC Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, is applicable.

The personal data collected and further processed are data necessary for the participation in the consultation, such as name/surname/profession/ postal & e-mail addresses/phone number/ of the contributors, including their views on the topics concerned.

The processing operations on personal data linked to the organisation and management of this consultation are necessary for the management and functioning of the SPRINT project, as described in the grant agreement No 649565 for the SPRINT Project under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme

Technical information

SIGNOSIS Sprl., as the processor, will run a public consultation as part of the SPRINT project implementation.

The work will gather stakeholder information through an extensive stakeholder consultation, including a wiki page hosted on the SPRINT project website.

The consultation will gather information including name/surname/profession/ postal & e- mail addresses/phone number of the contributors, including their views on the topics concerned.

The personal data collected and further processed are data necessary for the participation in the consultation, and to yield results for the project review. The processing operations on personal data linked to the organisation and management of this consultation are necessary for the management and functioning of the SPRINT project underway.

The data collected will be saved on the servers monitored for SIGNOSIS Sprl..

  1. Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed?

The access to all personal data as well as all information collected in the context of this consultation is only granted through UserId/Password to a defined population of users, without prejudice to a possible transmission to the bodies in charge of a monitoring or inspection. These users will be members of the SPRINT consortium organising the consultation, and the partner SIGNOSIS Sprl., acting as processor.

No personal data is transmitted to parties, which are outside the recipients and the legal framework mentioned.

The SPRINT Consortium partners will not share personal data with third parties for direct or indirect marketing purposes.

The collected personal data and all information related to the above mentioned consultation is stored on a computer of the external contractor, acting as processor, who guarantees the data protection and confidentiality required by the national and European law for Data Protection (Royal Degree of 13.2.2001, Belgian Act of 11.12.1998, Directive 95/46/EC).
